Important Details to Know Before You Order
- You can order your Global WiFi device as late as your departure day for same-day pickup. For delivery, place your order at least two business days before your delivery date.
- Add Device Insurance for just $3 per day to protect against loss or damage to your device or any included accessories.
- Need your device three or more business days before your departure? A device hold fee will apply for the extended rental period.

Cancellation Policy, Device Hold Fee, Late Fees, and Lost Items
Cancellation Policy
We accept cancellations for orders that haven’t been picked up. For orders scheduled for pickup, cancellations must be made at least three business days before the desired receiving date. Once your order has shipped or the receiving date is within three business days, cancellations are no longer possible.
Please note that all times are based on Eastern Time.
Device Hold Fee
If you’d like to receive your device four or more business days before your departure date, a device hold fee will apply. This ensures that your device is reserved exclusively for your extended rental period and remains out of circulation during that time.
Late Fees
Timely returns help ensure a smooth experience for everyone. If you need to extend your rental term, please contact us in advance. Without prior notice, a late fee of $20 per day will apply for each overdue day.
Lost Items
We understand that accidents happen. If any items from your rental are lost, the following replacement fees will apply:
- Global WiFi Device: $200
- Pouch: $10
- AC Adapter: $10
- Multi-conversion plug: $10
- USB-C Cable: $5
However, if you’ve enrolled in the Device Insurance, these fees will be waived. You can enroll
in the Device Insurance when you order.
