A: Yes. You can combine different data caps (e.g., 20GB for staff, 300GB for streaming) into a single shared data pool. All devices appear on one consolidated invoice.
A: All devices on your account share a single combined data pool. For example, if you have 5 devices on the BUSINESS 150GB plan, your monthly pool is 750GB total. Any device can use as much as needed from the shared pool — there are no per-device caps (under Monthly Billing). This maximizes efficiency and eliminates waste from underutilized devices.
A: With Upfront Payment, you pay the entire contract upfront and gain access to the full Bulk Data Pool for the entire contract period. For example, 5 devices × 150GB × 12 months = 9,000GB total pool, shared freely across all devices without monthly caps throughout the contract term. Note: Unused data expires at the end of the term. This option is ideal for teams with variable or unpredictable usage patterns.
A: Yes, unused data rolls over automatically. Starting from your first full month, any unused data carries over to the next month to minimize waste. Note: Data rollover does not apply to the initial partial month (0th month).
A: Speeds are throttled to 128kbps, which is sufficient for basic emails and texts. Note: To prevent network abuse, service may be completely suspended if usage continues significantly beyond the limit. If you need to restore full speed, Top-up data is available in 10GB increments at 10% below your plan’s per-GB rate. You can also enable Auto Top-Up to automatically purchase additional data when your pool drops below a threshold you set (Auto-charge supported).
A: Plan changes are not available during the contract term. However, at each renewal point (after your initial 3, 6, or 12-month term ends), you can freely upgrade or downgrade your plan to match your current needs. The new plan takes effect from the next billing cycle.
A: Yes, you can add devices at any time during your contract. New devices will be added to your existing shared data pool. The new device’s contract term starts from its activation date, and its billing is prorated for the first month. Setup fees apply per device.

A: The first month is pro-rated. You only pay for the days remaining in the month. However, you receive the full monthly data allowance to help with initial setup and updates. Note: The initial partial month’s data does not roll over.
A: A one-time activation/setup fee applies per device: $30 for 3-month and 6-month plans, discounted to $15 for 12-month plans. This fee includes round-trip 2-day shipping (delivery and return label). The setup fee is charged at the time of order.
A: No. You choose your own term. Select from 3, 6, or 12-month plans based on your project needs. There is no automatic 2-year lock-in like traditional carriers. After the initial term, the contract automatically renews for the same term and plan unless written notice of non-renewal is received at least 30 days prior to expiration.
A: If no action is taken, the contract automatically renews for the same term and same plan. For example, a 12-month Standard plan will renew as another 12-month Standard plan. If you wish to change to a different plan or term, you can do so at the renewal point. To cancel, written notice of non-renewal must be received at least 30 days before the contract expiration date.
A: Monthly Billing: Pay the setup fee at order, then base plan fees are charged monthly. Optional Device Insurance is billed monthly if selected. Each device has a monthly data allocation within the shared pool.
Upfront Payment: Pay the entire contract amount upfront (base plan for the full term + setup fee). Optional Device Insurance for the full term is also included if selected. In return, the full contract data pool is unlocked — all GB for all months are available immediately with no per-device monthly caps. After the upfront payment, only variable charges (Day Pass, Top-Up) are billed monthly. This is ideal for teams with variable or unpredictable usage patterns.
A: Yes, instantly. You can generate a formal PDF quote directly from our Quote Builder (Order Form). Configure your plans, devices, and add-ons, then download or email the quote. It’s valid for 30 days, allowing you to secure internal approval before checkout.
A: Credit Card is the primary method. The initial fee (setup fee, or full contract amount for Upfront Payment) is charged upon ordering. Monthly service fees are automatically charged to the registered credit card each month. Note: For large-scale orders requiring invoice payment, please contact our sales team.
A: Monthly invoices include: US Domestic base charges (or 'PREPAID' for Upfront Payment accounts), Overseas Day Pass fees, Device Insurance (if selected), and Data Top-Up charges. Each invoice provides a per-device breakdown showing individual usage. For Upfront Payment accounts, the initial Contract Invoice covers the full prepaid amount with detailed line items.
A: Typically within 1-3 business days. Orders placed before 1 PM (EST) are shipped the same day via UPS/FedEx.
A: No. It’s "Zero-Touch" ready. Devices arrive fully configured and active. Just turn them on and connect your Wi-Fi. No SIM card insertion or APN settings required.
A: Billing starts on the 1st of the month following your delivery. The days between delivery and month-end are your initial partial month — prorated for billing but with full data allocation.
A: No, cancellation before the contract term ends is not permitted. Please ensure you select the appropriate term (3, 6, or 12 months) at the time of ordering. If you have questions about choosing the right term, please contact our sales team before placing your order.
A: Must be postmarked by the 5th of the following month. Your service contract ends on the last day of the month. Please ship the devices back by the 5th of the next month to avoid late fees.
A: Only up to 3GB (Courtesy Buffer). Strictly speaking, service ends on the last day of the month. However, we allow a 3GB grace buffer during the return period (1st-5th) for logistical safety. Warning: Usage over 3GB will trigger an automatic renewal charge for the full month.
A: A replacement fee will apply unless insured. Without Device Insurance, a standard replacement fee of $200 per device will be charged. With Device Insurance (optional, $5-7/mo per device), the replacement fee is waived and you receive a free replacement device. We highly recommend adding insurance at checkout.
A: You will receive a pocket-sized mobile hotspot router with the following specs: 5500mAh battery (15+ hours continuous use), connects up to 10 devices simultaneously, weighs only 195g (lighter than a smartphone), and supports Cloud SIM technology for multi-carrier connectivity. The package includes: Global WiFi Device, USB Type-C Cable, Pouch, AC Adapter, and Conversion Plug.
A: Device Insurance is optional and rates depend on your contract term: $7/month per device for 3-month and 6-month plans, $5/month per device for 12-month plans. Insurance covers full damage and loss protection, including free device replacement. Without insurance, the replacement penalty is $200 per device.
A: Currently, LOOPLUS operates on a rental model only. Device purchase is not available at this time. The rental model allows us to maintain, update, and replace devices as needed to ensure optimal performance.
